This class covers what to expect and how to manage daytime and nighttime sleep in babies from 0-6 months, including information on laying a healthy foundation for sleep, normal developmental changes, and how to prevent and resolve common sleep challenges.

Part 1: The Basics
In Part 1, we introduce the foundational elements essential for setting your baby up for sleep success. ​

Choosing a safe sleep location and following safety recommendations

Transitioning from a newborn sleep space to a crib

Optimizing your baby's sleep environment

Selecting appropriate sleep attire

When and how to transition out of a swaddle

Creating sleep routines for evening and morning

Part 2: Sleep Timing and Schedules
Part 2 will guide you through age-appropriate sleep and night-feeding expectations. You'll also learn how to adapt your baby's schedule as your child grows.

Part 3: Solving Newborn Sleep Problems
Part 3 addresses common newborn sleep challenges. With your baby’s temperament and your family’s goals in mind, we provide you with interactive, age-appropriate strategies to prevent and manage sleep problems and guide your baby toward better sleep.
