ERIN FLYNN-EVANS, PHD, MPH
Co-Founder, Sleep Scientist
Dr. Flynn-Evans worked in the Division of Sleep Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital for over 15 years.

She is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Society for Research on Biological Rhythms. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles on sleep and circadian rhythms and presented her research both locally and internationally.
​
She has a PhD from the University of Surrey (UK) and Master in Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health. She was also a pre and postdoctoral Fellow in Sleep, Circadian, and Respiratory Neurobiology at Harvard Medical School.
​
Although Dr. Flynn-Evans currently maintains a career leading her own research lab investigating sleep and circadian rhythm disruption in adults, she is passionate about working with families and has conducted thousands of sleep consults.
​
She currently lives in California with her husband and two sons.
